
Situated along the hillside of the valley of Dordogne is this 19th Century Périgourdine style country home built from dressed stones. The house is on 3 hectares of land, located on top of the small village of Montcaret in the Périgord Pourpre region.
A maximum of ten people can be accommodated in this home.
One hundred kilometers from the house is Sarlat, one of the most beautiful villages around Dorgogne with structures dating from the Medieval and Renaissance period. Thirty kilometers north of Sarlat are the Lascaux Caves, world renowned for the prehistoric paintings discovered in 1940. Numerous caves and prehistoric sites such as Les Eyzies de Tayac and Gouffre de Proumeyssac are also near the area. One hundred kilometers in the opposite direction of the estate are large ocean beaches.
